Three wins, a 2000 Guineas runner and an exciting jumps season in store

Racegoers Club Owners Groups offer the chance to experience the thrill and excitement of racehorse ownership at a fraction of the usual cost.  With owners badges each time the horses run, private open days to see the horses and other stable stars, regular bulletins to keep you informed and a share of prize money, the groups are a great way to get involved.

We will have three horses representing the Club during the upcoming jumps season.

Senora Snoopy, trained by Ferdy Murphy, has just returned from a summer break and will shortly start her third season for the Club.  A bumper winner, she was second twice from three hurdle starts last season.  She is still a novice and should have no trouble winning her share of novice hurdles.  She has the valuable Listed Mares Hurdle Final at Newbury in April as a target for the season.  Longer term Senora Snoopy will make a fine staying chaser.

Owners Group 26 promises to be our most exciting syndicate yet with two un-raced fillies in training with Alan King and Philip Hobbs.  Both fillies will start off in bumpers and, like all our jumpers, they are bred and built to excel over hurdles and fences in future seasons.  Share owners will be invited to renew their share each season so you can be part of the horses' careers from start to finish.

Diamond Tycoon gave members of Owners Group 23 a once in a lifetime experience when he contested the 2000 Guineas in May.  He ran a terrific race on only his third start to finish ninth and it was a priviledge just to be there with a runner in such a prestigious race.  Earlier in April Diamond Tycoon won a maiden at Newbury in breathtaking fashion.  That has proved to be the maiden of the season with 10 individual winners coming out of the race!

Maia proved to be a real star for share owners in Owners Group 24.  She didn't start racing until April but has won two races already, a maiden and a handicap both at Catterick.  On both occasions there was a large party of owners at the course to cheer Maia home and welcome her into the winners enclosure after the race.
