We are thrilled to announce that we are now offering an exciting ownership opportunity with Jamie Snowden for the 2018/19 National Hunt season.
Jamie is delighted to have a second horse with the Racegoers Club at Folly House and we have found an exciting Mare that will hopefully bring success together.
The horse in question in is a seven-year-old mare, Lakeside Pearl by Presenting out of Asigh Pearl. Lakeside Pearl was trained in Ireland by Patrick Kelly, but has since made the move to Folly House to run in Great Britain.
She has raced once in Great Britain already this year at Sedgefield, and Jamie is intent on running wherever we can get a victory.
Jamie Snowden said: "I’m delighted to be training another horse for the Racegoers Club and I think we have an exciting season ahead.”
"Lakeside Pearl is a new addition to my yard, and she has already had one run for the Club. She showed a great attitude on her first run and jumped really well. She has a very workable mark of 86 and I am hoping that we will find plenty of opportunities over hurdles to make for an exhilarating spring and summer. She takes her racing well and I am hoping he can be a lot of fun for connections."
The season just gone was the best yet for Jamie and the team at Folly House. Last season, Jamie notched up 35 winners and £311,854 total prize-money. He boasted a 21 per cent win strike rate that was only bettered by five of Britain’s top 40 trainers. Jamie now has Gavin Sheehan as full-time stable jockey and a new conditional jockey attached to the yard – champion lady amateur Page Fuller. All in all, it promises to be an exciting season for the team at Folly House which you could be a part of.
Shares are available for a one-off cost of £295 for the full season with the lease beginning on 22 October 2018 and running until 30 September 2019. There is an option to renew for a further year after the first season.
This group is limited to 150 shares and we expect them to sell quickly. As always, this group will be run subject to minimum share numbers being filled.
