On Tuesday it was the three Group 1 winners that scored for players, including the most popular horse in this year's competition, Palace Pier.

Wednesday was a quieter day in the Ten To Follow with just Love scoring points, putting in a very game performance to get home in front in the Prince Of Wales's Stakes.

Two horses scored on Thursday, starting with Mohaafeth who won the Group 3 Hampton Court Stakes. The Ascot Gold Cup came next with many hoping that Stradivarius could emulate Yeats and win the race for the fourth time. However, Subjectivist hadn't read the script and demolished the field with a powerful front running performance.

Friday was a dramatic day at the Berkshire racetrack. After a torrential downpour of rain it looked as if racing might not go ahead, but fortunately the track was deemed safe and racing got underway.

The drama then continued in the Commonwealth Cup as Dragon Symbol and Campanelle fought it out in the final furlong, with Dragon Symbol, partnered by Oisin Murphy, managing to hold off the American raider and get home in front. However, this result didn't last long as a Stewards enquiry was called and the placings reversed, giving Frankie and Campanelle the win.

They say you can't keep a good man down though, and Murphy proved this in the next race, riding Alcohol Free to victory in the Coronation Stakes. The other horse to score points on the day was Alenquer  who won the King Edward VII Stakes.

Saturday saw the long awaited return of The Queen to Royal Ascot, and also provided four unique winning picks for players. Point Lonsdale struck first for Fred Williams. Then it was the turn of Creative Force who landed the spoils for Mrs Fitch & Mr Dixon. Wonderful Tonight was a runaway winner Hardwicke Stakes and scored 50 points for Graham Barton. The final unique pick was Rohaan who scored 20 bonus points for Penny Waddell after his win in the Wokingham Stakes.

The feature race of the day was the Group 1 Diamond Jubilee Stakes and we finally got to see Dream Of Dreams have his day at Royal Ascot, winning the race that he's finished second in the past two years.

After all the Royal Ascot Action there is a new leader in our competition. Mervyn Broom now tops the table thanks to wins from Alcohol Free, Campanelle, Love and Palace Pier.

We can also confirm the prize money for this year's competition. 1st = £400, 2nd = £75, 3rd = £50
