There were 19 point scoring opportunities for Ten To Follow players over the Christmas & New Year period, and the following eight results scored points for players:

Wednesday 16th December - Newbury

Pertemps Network Mares' Chase (Listed) - Magic Of Light

The action started at Newbury where Magic Of Light dominated the field of three, making all to easily land the Listed contest by eight lengths.

Saturday 19th December - Ascot

Porsche Long Walk Hurdle (Grade 1 & Bonus Race) - Paisley Park
Betfair Exchange Trophy (Grade 3) - Not So Sleepy

This year's Porsche Long Walk Hurdle saw a rematch between Thyme Hill and Paisley Park, and it looked as if Thyme Hill was going to make it 2 - 0 until Paisley Park turned on the afterburners, storming up the run in to lead in the final strides and win by a neck! This race was a TTF Bonus Race and scored 55 points for 62 teams.

In the Grade 3 Not So Sleepy put his disastrous run in the Fighting Fifth behind him to make all under Tom O'Brien and score at 20/1. Well done to Graham Barton who was the only player to score points with the win.

Saturday 26th December - Kempton Park

Ladbrokes Kauto Star Novices' Chase (Grade 1) - Shan Blue
Ladbrokes Christmas Hurdle (Grade 1) - Silver Streak
Kadbrokes King George VI Chase (Grade 1 & Bonus Race) - Frodon

There were three Grade 1 races at Kempton on Boxing Day, the first of which was won by Team Skelton with Shan Blue. It looked tight between Shan Blue and The Big Breakaway, but a mistake at the last from The Big Breakaway gave Shan Blue the momentum and he won by just under four lengths.

The Christmas Hurdle came next and Epatante was expected to cement her status as Champion Hurdle favourite with a comfortable victory. However, it was Silver Streak who came out on top, making all under Adam Wedge to win and score 35 points for players.

Then it was the King George and it was billed yet again as Cyrname vs Clan Des Obeaux, however it was Frodon who put in a typically game performance under Bryony Frost, jumping his heart out to make all and win the historic race. This race was a TTF Bonus Race and scored 55 points for 20 teams.

Sunday 27th December - Kempton Park

Ladbrokes Wayward Lad Novices' Chase (Grade 2) - Shishkin

With racing at Chepstow abandoned there was only one race that scored points for players on the 27th. Shishkin, the second most popular horse in this season's competition, put in another impressive display to easily land the Grade 2 contest, beating his nearest rival by 13 lengths.

Tuesday 29th December - Doncaster

Yorkshire Silver Vase Mares' Chase (Listed) - Annie Mc

The final point scoring winner of the festive period came at Doncaster. Annie Mc relished the return to Mares' company leaving her rivals far behind her and winning by 16 lengths.
